Look What’s Happening at West Madison

 

It is hard to believe that we are almost at the end of the first semester.  Thanksgiving is here and Winter Break is just around the corner.  Take  the time this week to give thanks for all the blessings we have been given.

Congratulations to our Chess Team – They competed in the Queens Quest Tournament at Millcreek this weekend and won 3rd Place. Wow….so proud of them.  Members of the team were Alex, Haley, Conner, Ilene and Ben.  Thank you as well to Coach Ed, Mr. Clark and Mrs. Glass.

We have had an eventful few weeks.

 I would first like to say Thank you to all Veterans.  We honor you and thank you for your service!

We Honor All Who Served

 

We had such a wonderful Veteran’s Day Assembly  on Monday.  We had over 35 guests.  It was a wonderful ceremony.  Thank you to all who came.  It truly meant a lot to our WM family.

We  had a great day on Friday.  We had our first House Meeting and Den Meeting with our students.  It was great spending time together, getting to know each other.
